Tips:
- Notice the word "还" has two pronunciations in the following dialog. The meanings are different as well. The first one "hai" means "still, yet" and the second one "huan" means "return". There are many Chinese characters have multiple pronunciations and each pronunciation has a specific meaning attached.

English Translation:
A: Hello. Do you have an apartment for rent?
B: Yes, one bed room suite, furnished.
A: What furniture doe it include?
B: One set of sofa, a dinning table and four chairs in the living room. One single bed, one desk and a book shelf in the bed room.
A: Is it quite there?
B: Very quite.
A: How much is the rent?
B: 1200 Yuan.
A: How much are the utilities?
B: You don't need to pay for the utilities.
A: Do you need a deposite?
B: You need to pay month of rent up front as a deposite, it will be refunded upon moving out. Also, our apartment does not allow small animals (pets).
A: I won't have any animals.
B: Thats great. How about you come and check out the suite this afternoon?
A: Good. See you then.
